Export System Info
If you encounter sync issues, we may ask you to send a System Info file. This file helps us troubleshoot your sync configuration and settings.
- Perform the Sync that causes errors.
- Select Sync Config/Log from the Main Navigation menu.
- Click the "Export System Info" button at that top of the layout.
- Send us the "LedgerLinkInfo.json" file that was exported to your Desktop.
