Export System Info

If you encounter sync issues, we may ask you to send a System Info file. This file helps us troubleshoot your sync configuration and settings.

  1. Perform the Sync that causes errors.
  2. Select Sync Config/Log from the Main Navigation menu.
  3. Click the "Export System Info" button at that top of the layout.
  4. Send us the "LedgerLinkInfo.json" file that was exported to your Desktop.
